Whichever supplier we work with it is imperative that we can tell our customers the full story from field to fork. We consider our suppliers our extended family and have worked with most of them from the first day we opened our doors in Notting Hill in 2013.
The majority of our produce comes from Britain and our suppliers are all 3rd or 4th generation farmers who take pride in using the same traditional farming and husbandry techniques their parents and grandparents did. We also source a some specialty premium cuts from further afield such as Wagyu from New Zealand and Iberico pork from Spain.
No matter where we source our meat we always ensure the following:
- Free range: all livestock is reared outdoors - Grass fed and/or natural feed - High welfare: all livestock live long and happy lives - No growth promoters - No hormones
