Christmas terms and conditions

2. Ordering

Orders accepted via our website only.

Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility of incorrectly placed orders, including shipping details and delivery date and instructions.

Please ensure your orders is correct before checking out.

Christmas pre-orders can be placed from Thursday 1st October to Wednesday 16th December inclusive, subject to limited daily delivery slots. We will not be able to accept any Christmas pre-orders, amendments, or cancellations after midnight of Wednesday 16th December.

Prior to the cut off time of midnight Wednesday 16th December, amendments will only be accepted in writing via email online@provenancebutcher.com and will only be deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Provenance Butcher Delivery Team and at our discretion.

Payment for orders will be charged upfront in full, usually within 2 working days after order was placed.


3. Delivery

Christmas orders will be delivered in our refrigerated vans. We reserve the right to use adequate third party delivery options, as necessary.

Delivery times:

Mon 21st – Wed 23rd Dec 7:00am-9:00pm

Thu 24th Dec 6:00am-4:00pm

Fri 25th – Sun 27th CLOSED – no deliveries

Please note: We will endeavour to deliver within these times however, occasionally the delivery times may vary, subject to traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

We do not offer delivery time slots. Orders will be delivered within the delivery times stipulated above.

It is customer’s responsibility to facilitate the receipt of the delivery. In case we are unable to deliver due to no access, we will attempt to contact the customer on the telephone number provided. If no contact is made, the order will be left in one of our shops for collection. The customer will be notified of the location.

We will accept requests for the order to be left with a neighbour or a nominated safe place with a prior agreement. Provenance Village Butcher cannot take responsibility for these orders once delivered.

We will endeavour to always notify the customer once the order has been dispatched for delivery however, on a rare occasion, this system of communication may not work.

ETA: we may be able to provide an estimated time of the delivery once the order has been dispatched; this may not always be possible.

We will be offering click and collect service on the 23rd and 24th of December from our delivery unit,

4. Cancellations

Order cancellation must be submitted in writing via email directly to online@provenancebutcher.com. No other form of cancellation will be accepted.

The cancellation is only deemed as confirmed on the receipt of a respond email from Provenance Butcher Delivery Team.

Orders can only be cancelled on or prior to the 16th of December

Orders cancelled after this deadline will be charged in full and no refund will be offered.


5. Customer Care

We always strive to deliver the best quality product and service however, on a rare occasion, we may fall short. Please submit any feedback or complaint via email: online@provenancebutcher.com. We will endeavour to resolve it within 48 hours.

Refunds are issued under Provenance Village Butcher discretion only.

We will investigate any complaint on an individual basis and endeavour to find the most satisfactory resolution, deemed reasonable by us.
