Dry brining, also known as salting, or pre-salting, means rubbing your turkey down with salt, the end result is it will be juicier!
We've created a sage & onion dry brine to amp up the flavour and juiciness of your Thanksgiving turkey - you'll thank us on the day!
Liberally cover the turkey in the brine the night before, then the next day wash off the brine, pat dry and then roast your bird.
Fresh sage, dried sage, orange zest, salt, sugar, pepper (this product is Gluten-Free).
