St. Louis Style Ribs (Belly Ribs) | 1kg

St Louis pork ribs - more meaty than the regular baby back ribs. They require longer cooking time for that extra juiciness. Make sure to rub them all over with your homemade mix of spices or one of our dry rubs!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Simply take the ribs, coat them in the rub (our favourite is our BBQ House Rub, cover them with foil and cook for 3 hours. The meat will be falling off the bone!
  • If you want them to be glazed and sticky, coat them in your favourite BBQ sauce, we suggest an add-on of an obvious choice of Prairie Fire, and pop them back in the oven. See the full recipe here.
