Simmental is an ancient breed, it carries a lot of flavour due to its ex-dairy origin. After it's retired it's fed on grass, which allows to slowly develop exceptional marbling and generous fat cover. 

It's been aged for you for a minimum of 40 days to enhance the flavour even more.
So, humble seasoning (just salt & pepper) is all you will need to best enjoy this steak!
