Grass-Fed Brisket Slow-Cook Kit (feeds 5-6 people)

Slow-cook our grass-fed brisket with House Brisket Rub, and you can add a cooking alcohol of your choice! Such as Guinness, a Bordeaux, a larger or just some beef stock... you get the idea.
The kit comes with the brisket and the rub - please note you need to get the cooking liquid of your choice. 
It's so simple and so good! All you need is:
- 1.5kg of grass fed brisket
- 1 tin of Provenance Brisket Rub
- 350ml of cooking alcohol of choice (beer or wine) - does not come with the kit
Method: Preheat the oven to 160 C.
Cover the brisket in the dry rub and place into a deep baking tray. Add the liquid and cover loosely with foil. Cook for 3 hours.
Leave to rest for at least 45 minutes to an hour.

Slice and enjoy!
And, we have paired this kit with two wines that go just great with slow-cooked brisket! Make your choice between: bright, intense purple coloured and fruity Malbec from France or Italian Barbera d'Asti with intense ruby colour and pleasantly full and harmonious flavour.
