Rose Harissa and Lemon Chicken🌹 Mother's Day Special

Spoil your Mum for Mother's Day by cooking lunch with this special boneless chicken which has been marinated with our homemade rose harissa marinade.

There are also rose petals to garnish on top for the wow factor!

This is not only a showcase dish, but also a perfect early spring lunch option.
Cook at 180'C for 20mins then a further 40 minutes per kilo.
Choose from 1kg or 1.5kg chicken & wine add-ons.

We also have a rather special Champagne - "Autolyze" Noir & Blancs. It is from our friends at Brun de Neuville - based on the limestone of Côte de Sézanne - and it's been aged for 12-13 years.
You cannot go wrong with this blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. It is generous and ripe. It has a delicious apple fruitiness that is balanced by the hints of yeast and toast.
