Grass Fed Maverick Burger


A classic burger, with a Tex Mex twist. Cheddar cheese, red Leicester cheese, red onions and pickled jalapenos mixed through the dry aged beef, the Maverick is a Provenance favourite. (Gluten Free).

GRILL Remove plastic casing from around patty. Place on Grill turning occasionally for 6- 8 minutes. Ensure burgers are piping hot before serving. 

OVEN - Remove plastic casing from around patty. Set oven to 190 degrees C. (Brush with Oil and season - Optional) Cook for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through. Ensure the burgers are piping hot before serving. 


Ingredients: beef mince, salt, cheddar cheese (milk), Red Leicester cheese (milk), sodium sulphate, pickled jalapeno pepper, red onion, black pepper
