Our butterflied lamb leg, marinated in olive oil that is infused with lemon, garlic and rosemary is a Provenance classic. Roasted or barbecued hot and fast then rested and sliced thin, this versatile cut pleases the whole family.

Portion: Half lamb leg between 3-4 adults

Cooking instructions:

1.5kg - 1 hr minutes on 180'C

800g - 40 minutes on 180'C

Rest up to 20 minutes.
