June Steak Club Chilean vs British Olive-Fed Wagyu

This month Steak Club is all about Chilean vs British Wagyu.
In one corner we have wagyu from the south of Chile, reared on pasture and finished on natural feed. We have Tri Tip and flank steak from this flavoursome and marbled cow.
In the other corner we have the British Wagyu which has been olive-fed from Yorkshire,. Incredibly marbled boneless short rib, Picanha and Tomahawk steak.
