January 22 Steak Club | Longhorn from North Yorkshire
It's a new year and the very first Steak Club of 2022.
This month we have a 29 month old pure blood British Longhorn heifer hand selected by Charles Ashbridge, our longest serving beef supplier, from his private herd on the Mount Grace Farm on the edge of the North York Moors.
Aged for 45 days and broken down into a variety of steaks and roasts by our talented butcher Ollie, the beef will be light and tender with plenty of flavour you expect from a traditional breed of beef such as the British Longhorn.
