Decaffeinated in-country of Colombia using coffee from El Carmen cooperative with whom Caravan have enjoyed a long-standing relationship. Using a by-product of sugarcane fermentation to dissolve and remove caffeine from the green coffee, this decaf lot is clean, sweet, fresh and delightfully tasty.
