BBQ season begins!
Each month we will be launching a weekend barbecue box taking inspiration from around the world and we're kicking the season off with a Mexican BBQ Box.
This box is available to pre-order for delivery now!
You can also pre-order in any of our five stores for collection on the dates below (please note the alcohol add-ons are not available for collection in-store).
Pre-order now and choose to have it delivered or collected in-store on,

Each box is suitable for 4-6 people - if you're feeding more then please order more boxes.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pulled Pork Adobo: This has already been slow cooked for you. To reheat, bring a pot of water to the boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, place the contents of the pouch in an ovenproof dish, cover with foil and cook at 180 degrees C for 15-20 mins or until piping hot.
Ancho Chilli Bavette: Cook on the BBQ, or in a pan, on a medium high heat for 2-3 mins a side, or to an internal temperature of 50 degrees C. Leave to rest for 5-10 mins before slicing against the grain.
Tequila and Lime Chicken Skewers: Cook on the BBQ, or in a pan, on a medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning occasionally. 
Corn Elote: Place corn on a high heat on the BBQ or griddle pan, to get some scorch lines, for around 5-7 mins or until heated and coloured. Drizzle over the lime mayo and top with grated parmesan.
Tortillas: Place on the BBQ, or use a pan, and toast the tortilla for 1-2 mins either side until slightly coloured and warmed through. Keep warm in foil until serving.

Pulled Pork Adobo: pork shoulder, onions, garlic, chipotle in adobo, tomatoes, herbs and spices. Sulphites.
Ancho Chilli Bavette: ancho chilli, cumin, paprika, garlic.
Tequila & Lime Chicken Skewers: chicken breast, lime, honey, garlic, tequila.
Corn Elote: corn, lime mayonnaise, parmesan. Dairy and sulphites.
Pico de Gallo: tomatoes, chilli, lime, red onion, coriander.
Green Salsa: coriander, lime and garlic.
Pickled Red Onions: red onion, vinegar, sugar. Sulphites.
