  • St Louis style BBQ Pork Ribs by Barry Horne

    (serves 2)

     

    Ingredients: 

    1 rack St Louis style pork ribs (Pork ribs with extra belly meat on top)

    Provenance BBQ House Rub


    Method:

    Preheat the oven to 140 deg c.

    Ask your butcher to prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the ribs or order from the Superbowl Rib Pack.

    Cover the ribs generously with our Provenance House Rub and wrap in a double layer of tin foil. 

    Put in the oven and cook for 3 hours. 

    Eat them as they are or for a sticky glazed finish you can remove them from the foil and glazed them with your favourite BBQ sauce and roast them at 200 degrees C for 20 mins or until glazed to your liking.
